We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator with proven payroll experience and multi-state/union expertise. In this role, you will process high volume payroll, review and approve timecards, submit journal entries, resolve payroll issues, assist with time-off, and prepare financial reports. This Payroll Administrator must have a high attention to detail, possession excellent knowledge of payroll, wage and tax laws, and have the ability to multi-task time sensitive request. What you get to do daily· Enter and process payroll data· Assist with Accounts Payable transactions· Provide administrative support· Coordinate with Human Resources as needed· Prepare wage garnishments· Enter new clients in payroll system· Correspond with clients on payroll process improvements· Prepare periodic payroll reports
